We offer types of hydraulic tube fittings and adapter selections,sizes of fitting and tube O.D/I.D is based on flow rate and velocity from pressure rating;temperature and media determine the material types of fittings such as carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Our tube fittings meet ISO DIN SAE standards as follow:
DIN 2353 and ISO 8434-1 standard, use 24 degree cone compression fittings by cutting ring or DKO o-ring cone to connect tubes with O.D diameters from 4mm to 42 mm, working pressure rating has LL for extra light-duty 10 Mpa;L for light-duty from 10 to 25Mpa; S for heavy-duty from 25 to 63Mpa, temperatures between −40 C and +120 C carbon steel with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, brass material at -60 C to +175 C, stainless steel at -60 C to +200 C.
SAE J514 and ISO 8434-2 standard, use 37 degree flare fittings that are suitable for use with flared tube O.D from 6 mm(0.25 in) to 50.8 mm(2 in); working pressure from 10.5Mpa to 35Mpa; temperature requirement at -40 C to +120 C choose carbon steel; at -60 C to 200 C choose stainless steel material; at -40 C to +170 C choose copper alloy.
SAE J1453 and ISO 8434-3 standard, use o-ring face seal fittings to connect flat face of tube O.D from 1/4 in (6 mm) to 1 1/2 in(38mm), maximum working pressure from 25Mpa to 63 Mpa; at a temperatures between -40 C and +120 C with petroleum-based hydraulic fluid.
SAE J518 and ISO 6162 standard, use flange connections with split or one piece flange clamps and screws to connect 37 degree flared tube O.D from 13 mm to 127 mm, at pressure from 3.5 Mpa(35 bar) to 35Mpa(350 bar) called SAE J518 code 61series(ISO 6162-1), at temperatures from -40 C to +120 C for carbon steel, -60 C to 250 C choose stainless steel ; At maximum working pressure 42 Mpa(420 Bar), tube O.D from 13 mm to 76 mm called SAE J518 code 62(ISO 6162-2).
