DIN 2353 and ISO 8434-1 standard for 24 degree cone compression fittings used with ring or DKO O-ring cones to connect tubes with O.D diameters from 4 mm to 42 mm. The working pressure rating has LL for extra light-duty 10 Mpa, L for light-duty from 10 to 25 Mpa, and S for heavy-duty from 25 to 63 Mpa. The temperatures are between −40 C and +120 C for carbon steel with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, -60 C to +175 C for brass, and -60 C to +200 C for stainless steel. SAE J514 and ISO 8434-2 standard for 37 degree flare fittings that are suitable for use with flared tube O.D from 6 mm(0.25 in) to 50.8 mm(2 in). The working pressure ranges from 10.5 Mpa to 35 Mpa, and the temperature requirement is at -40 C to +120 C for carbon steel, -60 C to 200 C for stainless steel, and -40 C to +170 C for copper alloy. All compatibility tests are carried out at the FITSCH hydraulic tube fitting factory.
SAE J1453 and ISO 8434-3 standard for O-ring face seal fittings to connect flat face of tube O.D from 1/4 in (6 mm) to 1 1/2 in (38 mm). The maximum working pressure is 25 Mpa to 63 Mpa at temperatures between -40 C and +120 C with petroleum-based hydraulic fluid.
SAE J518 and ISO 6162 standard for flange connections with split or one-piece flange clamps and screws to connect 37 degree flared tube O.D from 13 mm to 127 mm at pressure from 3.5 Mpa (35 bar) to 35 Mpa (350 bar) called SAE J518 code 61 Series (ISO 6162-1) at temperatures from -40 C to +120 C for carbon steel and -60 C to 250 C for stainless steel. The maximum working pressure is 42 Mpa (420 Bar), tube O.D from 13 mm to 76 mm called SAE J518 code 62 (ISO 6162-2).
