Hydraulic hose fittings
The main products of FITSCH include hydraulic hose fittings for industrial usage, assembly of hydraulic hose and tube fabrication, accessories, such as clamps for hoses and tubes, non-return valves, hydraulic quick couplings, testing point couplings, etc. We also offer custom components to meet customers’ OEM demands. Our hydraulic hose connectors can be found on and around everything that moves, such as fluid and gas handling, hydraulics, pneumatic, etc.
We are a leading hydraulic hose fitting manufacturer for hydraulic fluid power systems. We offer various types of inserts used to connect wire hoses as follows:
Wire braid hose such as SAE 100R1AT(1T), SAE 100R2AT(2T), EN 853 1SN, EN 853 2SN, EN 857 2SC and SAE 100R17.
Wire spiral hose such as SAE 100R12/EN 856 R12(R12), EN 856 4SP, EN 856 4SH, EN 856 R13/SAE 100R13, SAE 100R15/ ISO 8362 R15, along with compatible ferrules.
We offer two construction types, including one-piece hydraulic fittings for hoses (pre-crimped ferrule) and two-piece options (hose end and ferrule separately), with the same function connection by the crimped ferrule and the fittings bite down to the hose wire for a metal to metal grip with maximum integrity. Hose types cover low, medium, and high-pressure applications.
Material types are available in carbon steel, brass, and stainless steel. The sizes of connectors range from 3/16 inches to 3 inches.
As a global supplier of hydraulic hose fittings, we can help you meet the following international standards:
ISO 12151-1 standard for fittings with ISO 8434-3 O-ring face seal ends, hose nominal inside diameters from 6.3mm to 38mm
ISO 12151-2 standard for hydraulic hose connectors and fittings with ISO 8434-1 and ISO 8434-4 24 degree cone connector end with O-rings, hose nominal inside diameters from 5mm to 38mm
ISO 12151-3 standard for items with ISO 6162-1 and ISO 6162-2 flange ends, hose nominal inside diameters from 12.5mm to 76mm
ISO 12151-4 standard for components with ISO 6149 metric stud ends, hose nominal inside diameters from 6.3mm to 38mm
ISO 12151-5 standard for fittings with ISO 8434-2 37 degree flare ends, hose nominal inside diameters from 6.3mm to 51mm
ISO 12151-6 standard for connectors with ISO 8434-6 60 degree cone ends, hose nominal inside diameters from 5mm to 51mm
Crimped type: Hose end fittings are designed with barbed teeth and combined with the gripping teeth of ferrule by crimping together for teeth metal-to-metal bite on braided and spiral reinforced hoses in hydraulic applications. For low-pressure usage, the ferrule is designed with no or fewer teeth, such as suction, return line, PTFE, and fabric braided hoses. The crimped-type fittings may be created differently by different manufacturers, as there is no international standard. However, when you get them with the FITSCH hydraulic hose fitting distributor, you can rest assured that these connectors comply with the ISO SAE EN DIN standard.
Reusable type: These fittings are designed with a reusable fine right-hand thread instead of barbed teeth, so there’s no need for crimping assembly. They are easy to fixate by turning the standard wrench. You can reuse them many times, unlike the crimped type. At our hydraulic hose fitting factory, the matched ferrule (screw sleeve) is designed with a female right thread for assembling and a left-hand thread for holding of hose and to prevent loosening of the screw sleeve (ferrule). They can be unscrewed from the hose end and used on a new one. You can often find these reusable fittings in suction and return lines, transportation air brake hoses (SAE J517 100R5), high-pressure hoses for central lubrication, and hydraulic hoses with 1SN and 2SN of reusable hydraulic fittings in the agricultural equipment repair market.
Hose clamp type: As you explore our catalog of hydraulic hose fittings, you can also come across beaded connectors designed with formed tube ends. These are created to be used with hoses that are intended to be retained by clamps. General applications include low-pressure fluid handling and pneumatic systems on automotive, industrial, and commercial products. Some barbed hose fittings are also assembled by clamps.
Push-Lok type: Push-lock fittings are designed with barbed teeth, also called barbed fittings. No clamps or special tools are required during installation. They are easy to assemble and disassemble. You can find these fittings for hoses for hydraulic uses in low-pressure applications, such as pneumatic, petroleum-based hydraulic fluid, lubricating oils, and antifreeze solutions. Push-Lok assemblies can be made in seconds, saving valuable time and cost.
