Interlock Hose Fittings

Interlock hose fittings are designed for the heavy duty pressure, high temperature and large bore wire spiral hoses, it the strongest connection between with the crimped interlock ferrule fittings and six wire spiral skive hose. Assembling Interlock Fittings

1. Prepare Interlock fittings including separate socket and nipple, hydraulic hoses.

2. Cut off the length of hose

3. skive the hose cover and the inner tube of the hose

4. Assemble the nipple and socket and hose and crimped

5. Crimping correctly: the one tooth of socket at the shoulder end will tightly press the steel wire reinforcement layer of the hose that had been skived inner tube on the groove of nipple, form a strong anti-pulling force. Other teeth of the socket will crimp on the hose with inner tube to the nipple tail and keep sealing under higher pressure and temperature.

Application of Interlock Hydraulic Hose Assembly

Those interlock hose assemblies are used under very high pulsating pressure conditions such as hydraulic excavator, rotary drill rig etc.
