Advanced Twin Ferrule Sealing Mechanism
Our double ferrule tube connectors operate via a specialized four-piece mechanical design consisting of a fitting body, a front ferrule, a back ferrule, and a silver-plated nut.
Front Ferrule Axial Seal: The front ferrule is driven into the body bevel to create a high-integrity surface seal against the fitting body and the tube outside diameter.
Back Ferrule Hinged Grip: The back ferrule mechanically clamps and hinges onto the tube, providing a robust, vibration-resistant grip that prevents any tube blowout or axial movement under extreme pressure cycles.
Silver-Plated Nut Threads: All internal threads of the compression nuts are systematically silver-plated. This eliminates thread galling against the stainless steel body during high-torque assembly.
