Lubrication Hose Fittings Introduction
Lubrication hose fittings is from DIN 2353 standard pipe ends to M7*0.5 or M9*1 thread of hose stud ends, it will be matched with screw ferrule or socket , it is designed with left hand thread, for automatic lubrication grease line by compression fittings connect to tubes, tubing system, sealing by 24 degree cone end with DIN 3870 coupling nut and DIN 3861 cutting ring assembly. Standard pipe sizes is available in 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8 mm, material is carbon steel with White Zinc, or ZnNi alloy, brass and stainless steel of 304 or 316.
1 is high pressure hose
2 is screw ferrule with left hand thread and turning right thread
3 is hose stud 45 degree or 90 degree
3a is straight hose stud
