How does a 3-way ball valve work?

Series KHB3K operates by rotating the handle 45° 90°depending on the flow path, with L bore and T bore types. 3 way hydraulic ball valve is designed with no port to port overlap see ISO symbols during transition. See the table below to select the ball pattern code

Flow path options

Made of stainless steel, this product comprises a spherical ball that performs the directive function. Once the ball pivots, it opens a flow path for liquids to enter the designated outlet. The 3-way hydraulic ball valve is available in two configurations:

The L-pattern one redirects flow by 90 degrees from one outlet to another.
The T-pattern option blends fluids from two inlets into one or distributes them from a single inlet to two outlets.

Installation

Tighten the flange bolts to reach even pressure distribution.
